Website Design Research - What I like about websites and Some of my favourite Designs & Layouts

This first website I found. I really enjoy the layout of the website.

http://soworldwide.org

This website was one of my favourites. I think this is because the layout is simple, there isn't too much going on and the photo quality and editing is amazing.

Minerva webiste again is hugely based on the photography. Not only is the photography amazing, the way the website works is amazing, the scroll function is totally unique and it gives it a really stylish feel.

I like how the website is black and white until you click the image and it comes up bigger in colour. Again it is very simplistic and effective.

I like the idea of the web content being boxed in like this with a image in the background. It looks nice and neat and easy to follow.

This is a great website. They use video to show you more of the product, and its full screen so it is a great spectacle to look at. If you was unsure about buying a Rolex, after seeing their website, you'll want one straight away, and thats exactly how a website aimed at selling a product should be.

This website has a bit of all the best bits from the previous websites, it has amazing photography, really letting the product shine and selling itself to you. It also has the boxed in content which again makes it really neat and easy to look at.

Finally, this is my favourite website that I have found. I love how its made to look like it's sat ontop of a table. I love the colours and how expensive everything looks. Great photography helps too.
